Crich Recreation Ground outdoor gym and play equipment to remain closed due to Government requirements

The Parish Council has considered the Risks relating to Covid-19 Government Guidance for managing outdoor gym and play equipment, and has concluded that the Council are not able, at this time, to comply with all of the requirements. Council and residents revitalise Bulling Lane planter

In May this year, Cllr Jordan James joined forces with the Open Gardens Group and local residents to bring new life to the planter located on the circle of land at the corner of Bulling Lane.

The planter was unlevel, due to it being positioned over an old dead tree trunk and had to be first levelled, and then refilled with new compost.

Crich Recreation Ground - users please take care!

Local residents should take care when using the Recreation Ground at the moment.

We are encountering more and more broken glass, particularly around the play equipment, which is being deliberately smashed and left. We are working hard to keep the area clean and tidy, as well as removing the glass from all over, but please be vigilant if you and your family are taking exercise there.
