Asher lives with his partner and their rescue dog, Minnie. He is eager to contribute to and become actively involved in the community.

Previously, Asher has worked for Members of the European Parliament, North East Derbyshire District Council, and currently as a Governance Services Officer at the University of Derby. Asher's academic background includes studying International Relations with Political Science at the University of Birmingham.

Outside of his professional life, Asher is an avid hiker and enjoys exploring the Derbyshire countryside and beyond. A highlight of his hiking adventures was summiting Mount Snowdon in 2024.
